What is your return and refund policy?

All Must Have purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Limited Edition box does not arrive, POPSUGAR must be notified in writing within four (4) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If POPSUGAR is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of POPSUGAR.
