All Must Have It purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of POPSUGAR Must Have It products returned by a customer and you will not be eligible for a refund. If your POPSUGAR Must Have It package does not arrive, please notify POPSUGAR in writing within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information by contacting email@example.com. If POPSUGAR is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Note it may take 2 weeks to fulfill. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of POPSUGAR.
