All Add-On product charges will be billed on the first day of the month along with your recurring Must Have subscription charge. If your payment is not successful, we will try to bill your account again on the following Monday. If you have a subscription with a subscription credit and have added Add-Ons, and we were unable to charge you for the Add-Ons, we will remove your Add-Ons from your subscription and ship only the monthly Must Have box.
