Q: Where can I update my billing/shipping information for my subscriptions?


You can make changes to your billing and shipping information in the Subscriptions section in your Account. To update your billing or shipping information, select the Details/Manage Subscription button below the subscription you wish to update. Here you can add a new credit card or enter your updated address. 

Please complete any billing or address changes before the quarterly billing cycle. If you haven't made address changes by the deadline, then there is a risk that your Must Have box may go to the previous address we had on file for you. Please refer to our Must Have Terms for more information. Please know that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your address is current and that you can receive packages, which don’t require a signature.
